Synapsin 1-RFP lentivirus expresses RFP under the control of the human synapsin 1 promoter. Human synapsin 1 promoter drives gene expression specifically in neurons. Synapsin 1-RFP lentivirus can be used for monitoring neuron cell growth and differentiation in vitro and in vivo.
