Cell cycle reporter lentivirus (S/G2/M, green)

Lentiviral Fluorescent Ubiquitination-base Cell Cycle indicator (Fucci) allows you to monitor cell cycle transition in almost all types of living cells in real time. This lentivirus expresses cell cycle regulator geminin fused with GFP fluorescent protein.geminin is degraded in the G1 phase of the cell cycle, and accumilated in the S, G2 and M phases. Cells transduced with this lentivirus are labeled with GFP fluorescence during S/G2/M phases of the cell cycle, but not in G1 phase.
