Firefly luciferase-GFP lentivirus with CMV promoter and puromycin selection marker

Firefly luciferase has been widely used as a reporter for in vitro and in vivo studies, including animal imaging. This premade lentivirus coexpresses firefly luciferase and GFP under the control of the CMV promoter with puromycin as a selection marker. GFP and Firefly luciferase are bicistronically expressed as two individual proteins mediated by a T2A element.
