Cell cycle reporter lentivirus (G1, orange)

Lentiviral Fluorescent Ubiquitination-base Cell Cycle indicator (Fucci) allows you to monitor cell cycle transition in almost all types of living cells in real time. This lentivirus expresses cell cycle regulator Cdt1 fused with an Orange fluorescent protein. Cdt1 is accumulated in the G1 phase of the cell cycle, and degraded in the S, G2 and M phases. Cells transduced with this lentivirus are marked with orange fluorescence in G1 phase of the cell cycle, but not in S/G2/M phases.
