After ordering, you will receive a submission package including barcoded vials and a return shipping label.
- Cell Count: Collect 5x10^5 to 1x10^6 cells (minimum 5x10^5 ).
- Processing: Spin down cells and remove all supernatant.
- Washing: Resuspend cells in 0.5 ml of PBS to remove media/serum.
- Transfer: Place cells into the provided barcoded vials that are pre-filled with cell storage reagent; double-check that the label description is correct.
3. Shipping
- Place vials in the provided plastic box and seal the package.
- Attach the pre-paid shipping label and drop the box at any FedEx collection station.
- Results: Receive your report via email within two days.
